We've been doing this for over 20 years, so we understand your needs better than an ordinary office space provider.

You need to be dynamic, which is why we offer flexible contracts that benefit our tenants. Meaning you can expand, downsize or move out as your circumstances change - we don't lock you into long contract periods. You're looking for fair and transparent pricing, with all costs included up-front. And we know one size doesn't fit all, so we offer a real variety of buildings and spaces - we're just as proud to call small, local groups having real impact in their communities our tenants, as we are the large international organisations who've found a home from home with us.

As well as a large café run by Glen's Kitchen, which is open to the public, the centre is home to a public library, training rooms, computer suites, two large art rooms and darkroom facilities. Resource for London is where London's voluntary sector comes together to work, meet and exhibit. The Centre provides flexible office space, as well as conference, training and meeting rooms available for external hire.
