What makes Ethical Property different?
Body

Well, the clue is in our name. Unlike a lot of property companies, at Ethical Property we are committed to our network of Centres meeting a range of ethically and ecologically minded values. Our workspaces are powered by purpose, and we are the first choice of landlord for many charities and social enterprises.

Formed in 1998, Ethical Property has steadily grown as an organisation, with an expanding network of buildings up and down the UK that operate as office, meeting, event and retail spaces. Our Centres have a range of energy-saving features, and are each situated with close access to green and open spaces. Every Ethical Property centre is powered by renewable energy, and our ethical commitment reaches far beyond using low-energy lightbulbs and switching off the photocopier at the end of the day.

At Ethical Property we focus on nurturing a community ethos in our tenants, based on mutual transparency, and dedication to operating businesses that promote positive social change and sustainability. It would be all too easy for us to say yes to prospective clients based only by their financial credentials; but we want to partner with organisations who are equally as passionate about creating space for sustainability and social change as we are. We believe that where change happens together, a real impact is made, and is why we operate to a triple bottom line.
