London Open House 2016

Ethical Property would like to thank all those who came to visit The Foundry and volunteered as guides this weekend as part of London Open House 2016. Throughout the day over 250 members of the public came to see the Centre and heard from the architects who designed the building.

Gay marriage in Bristol

Earlier this week it was announced that same-sex couples will now be able marry at a St Pauls based Church. The Unitarian Chapel, managed by Ethical Property, has become the first Church in Bristol to give gay couples the opportunity to have a marriage service in a religious surrounding.



Wall restoration in Bristol

Recently the property management team at Brunswick Court recently brought in a team of stone masons to fix the damage to an exterior wall and to remove the graffiti. You can read more and see photos of the process on our blog here.



Festival of The World

Tenants at The Foundry last week held an event in the Conference Hall space of the Centre in attempt to bring a little more positivity to the Centre after recent international events. The initiative, which was entirely tenant led, brought together tenants in the building to celebrate the multicultural diversity of individuals in The Foundry and to recognise the incredible work their organisations do across the world.

Cambridge Heath Road

We are happy to announce that The Ethical Property Company have completed the purchase of a new flagship building in London. 244-254 Cambridge Heath Road (Bethnal Green) is the latest building to be acquired by the company. We are working with architects Waugh Thistleton, a leading specialist in sustainable building design, and are currently preparing a planning application to redevelop the site.

We are pleased to announce that The Ethical Property Company has become one of 16 new UK companies to join Elite, specialist advisors providing small and medium sized companies with expert advice and support normally only available to larger organisations. 2014/2015 Annual Report

The Ethical Property Company has today reported its full year results for the 2014/2015 financial year. Highlights for the year included the first purchase of an Ethical Property Centre in Wales, plans to sell some of our older Centres (including our current largest Centre in London) and plans to increase our activity in Bristol, Cardiff and the North West.


The Social Stock Exchange

The Ethical Property Company is now an approved member of The Social Stock Exchange following the ratification of its impact report by the independent Admissions Panel. The Social Stock Exchange provides access to the world’s first regulated exchange dedicated to businesses and investors seeking to achieve a positive social and environmental impact through their activities.
