Resource for London is where London's diverse sectors come together to work, meet and exhibit. The Centre provides flexible office space, as well as conference, training and meeting rooms available for external hire.

Office space is available for charities and non-profit organisations making positive impact, with desk and office spaces available to suit anywhere from 1 to 40 people, ranging from 5m² - 200m² in size. Conference, training, exhibition and meeting facilities are available for hire by both the private and voluntary sectors.

Owned by the Trust for London and managed by Ethical Property, the Resource for London workspace in North London is is conveniently located on Holloway Road, 5 minutes' walk from Holloway Road tube and close by to Caledonian Rd tube and Drayton Park stations. A beautifully converted former department store, Resource for London has character and charm in abundance. This fully accessible centre is a registered charity itself, owned by Trust for London and managed on a day to day basis by Ethical Property.

Resource for London is an ideal environment for conferences, AGMs, smaller meetings, training and interviews - for organisations and businesses of all kinds. We currently cater for 1,500 meetings and private events that annually attract over 150,000 people to the centre. With an on-site cafe and catering facilities, we are experts at seamlessly facilitating countless networking and collaboration opportunities. And with Trust for London a registered charity, you can be sure that all income goes into supporting the centre and the local voluntary sector.

The Foundry
The Foundry is an award-winning, fully-serviced eco workspace, conference and events centre in Vauxhall. This former shoe-polish factory is a place where real change happens, and you sense it the moment you step through the door.

The Foundry caters to a range of social impact organisations engaged in social justice and human rights causes. We encourage collaboration and community, with offices from 2 to 48 people available, ranging from 10m² - 240m² in size, and a range of conference, event and meeting spaces to hire externally.
