Space is available for charities and non-profit organisations making positive impact. We encourage collaboration and community, no matter how small or large you are we have desk and office spaces to suit anywhere from 1 to 40 people available, ranging from 5m² - 200m² in size.

A beautifully converted former department store, Resource for London has character and charm in abundance. This fully accessible centre is a registered charity itself, owned by Trust for London and managed on a day to day basis by Ethical Property- a long-standing partnership we're all really proud of.
If you’re looking for somewhere to work or hold your next event, you’ll find us an ideal choice. We're home to a fantastic community of like-minded organisations, and because we really understand the needs of the voluntary sector we've been given a 100% good or excellent rating by our current tenants.
RfL is also an ideal environment for conferences, AGMs, smaller meetings, training and interviews. Not only do we provide workspace, we cater for 1,500 meetings and private events that annually attract over 150,000 people to the centre. With on-site cafe and catering facilities, we are experts at seamlessly facilitating countless networking and collaboration opportunities.
In line with Trust for London's aims, the centre provides workspace mainly to the voluntary sector, prioritising organisations working in areas tackling poverty and inequality, with a preference for those with a London focus. A Living Wage Supporter and Promoter, the centre is also a Covid-19 Secure venue, with a Good to Go certificate and AIM secure accreditation from the Meeting Industry Association.
