Happy (Early) Co-working Day! It might seem a little unusual to celebrate something like Co-working Day, but when you stop and think about just how much of our lives we spend at work, it starts to make perfect sense.

It’s no secret that spending time outdoors can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. At Ethical Property, we've understood this for over 25 years – providing access to gardens, terraces, or simply ensuring our workspaces are close to open spaces has always been part of our ethos.

Today we announce that our Managing Director, Conrad Peberdy has decided to step down from his role at The Ethical Property Company (EPC) later this year.

We are proud to announce that one of our London centres, The Foundry, has been accredited as a Real Living Wage Building. The award-winning former shoe polish factory was brought to life ten years ago becoming a thriving hub for social justice.
