We have office space for organisations of all sizes, with units to accommodate anywhere from 4 to 50 people, ranging from 29m² to a 351m² penthouse unit.

What does this mean? That only you, as the tenant, can end the contract, and you have flexibility to end the tenancy within the 5 year period. This means The Green House is your home for the full 5 years, as long as you want it.

The design by architects Waugh Thistleton took our vision of a sustainable work place that offered natural light and stunning communal spaces to the reality of the wonderful building we now have today.
The new building also significantly improves our environmental performance, while simultaneously lowering the operating costs for ourselves and our tenants. Over 1,600 tonnes of CO₂ were saved during the build which is a huge saving compared to traditional forms of construction.
