The Green House is a fantastic new Award Winning Centre in Bethnal Green, owned and managed by Ethical Property, which is designed to provide office, meeting and shared space for social businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations in London.

The building is almost 50,000ft² and enables us to meet the rising demand from social change tenants who need flexible and affordable workspace in the capital. The new building also significantly improves our environmental performance, while simultaneously lowering the operating costs for ourselves and our tenants.

The building is Winner of Architects Journal 2019 Retrofit Awards for Offices 5,000m² and over designed by architects Waugh Thistleton, leading sustainable building designers who specialise in engineered timber construction. Over 1,600 tonnes of CO were saved during the build which is a huge saving compared to traditional forms of construction.
