After joining our Board in 2019, Anne-Marie O’Hara and Juliet Can have now completed two full terms as Non-Executive Directors of Ethical Property. In line with our governance policies, they will not be standing for re-election.

Anne-Marie and Juliet joined us during a period of significant change, and their guidance and expertise have been invaluable. Over the past six years, they have helped steer Ethical Property through major challenges—including the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact of funding cutbacks, which have affected many of the charities and social enterprises based in our centres.

Their proactive, thoughtful, and practical approach has been deeply appreciated across the organisation. Both have contributed widely across our committees: Anne-Marie most recently served as Chair of the Governance and HR Committee, while Juliet has played a key role in the Portfolio and Investment Committee.

We are immensely grateful for their dedication, commitment, and the wealth of knowledge they have brought to the Board. Their contribution has left a lasting impact, and they will be greatly missed.

On behalf of everyone at Ethical Property, we thank Anne-Marie and Juliet for their outstanding service and wish them every success in the future.
