When our Chair, Sam Clarke, re-joined the board three years ago, having previously chaired the company from 2000 to 210, it was his intention to support us through a period of transition.
As mentioned at the AGM in April, Sam plans to stand down in 2022 which is why we have now begun the process of finding a replacement for Sam, who will continue in the role until a new Chair is appointed.
Sam has played a key role in helping to establish the business in its early years and more recently has helped us to rebuild following the changes in 2018.
