As we come to the end of another year, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible teams across the UK. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to making a difference are truly remarkable. And it’s not just us who think so, our annual tenant surveys show just how valued they are in the communities we serve.
At Ethical Property, making a positive impact is at the heart of everything we do. Every team member is invited to make two “impact pledges” each year, actions aimed at benefiting society or supporting their local community. The range of pledges is inspiring, particularly at this time of year, when many of our centres are busy collecting and supporting local organisations.
From warm coat drives and food donations to a wide variety of other initiatives, these often simple acts of kindness require organisation, effort, and commitment. They may look small on the surface, but their impact is profound.
This year, we’re especially proud that all our centres now provide dignity boxes, containing essential items for women and girls to support them throughout their periods. This initiative has already made a meaningful difference, and we plan to expand it even further next year.
