We are pleased to announce that our 2025/26 Annual and Impact Reports are now available to view on our website.
This year's reports highlight our achievements, performance and impact over the past year, as well as the difference we continue to make for our tenants, communities and colleagues.
We are particularly encouraged by the results of our latest tenant and staff surveys, which remain consistently strong compared with last year. The findings show that our tenants continue to view us as good value for money and would recommend us to others. Our staff survey also demonstrates that colleagues not only share our organisational values but also enjoy working here, helping us to maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their feedback. Their views help us to understand what we are doing well and where we can continue to improve.
