Prices

Our prices start from £130 + VAT per person pcm.

All costs include rent, service charge, maintenance and management of the centre, free access to meeting rooms on a fair-use basis, one telephone line & handset, and superfast broadband access, cleaning, utilities, waste, recycling, fire and security provision.

Tenants are responsible for payment of business rates, contents insurance, phone calls, additional phone lines (£6.50 + VAT pcm each, VOIP handset included) and the use of the communal photocopier.

 

Flexible Contracts

We are a social landlord, and we understand that charities and social organisations can face various challenges with funding and finance. So we offer a five-year flexible lease, with a tenant-only break clause.

What does this mean? That only you, as the tenant, can end the contract, and you have flexibility to end the tenancy within the 5 year period. 

 

About Streamline

The building benefits from a site-wide district heating system, photovoltaic solar panels on the roof, passive ventilation system and double glazing throughout. We will also reduce unnecessary waste of energy by using daylight linked and absence detection lighting controls.
