Brighton Eco-centre is one of our smaller Centres and offers office space to predominantly peace, environment and development focused organisations.
Originally a residential property the building was refurbished into office space and opened in October 2003. Tenants benefit from the secluded terraced garden and its convenient location, within metres of Brighton Railway Station and a short walk to the famous seafront.
Brighton Eco-centre offers a variety of private office spaces ranging from small, one person rooms, to larger open plan units.
All space packages are fully serviced and allow secure 24/7 access to the Centre.

Office space is available from £502.00 + VAT (£515.00) per month for approximately 20m² or space for up to three desks.
Our sister Company, Ethical IT, provide all IT and the telephone systems within Brighton Eco-centre ensuring that any faults or issues with regard to IT or phone system infrastructure are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Tenants are responsible for the payment of any additional business rates, contents insurance, phone calls and use printers.
There is no fixed minimum term on our rental contracts and tenants can give notice at any point ensuring they have maximum flexibility to adapt to any changes they might face.
The notice period relates to the size of office that is rented, and will vary from 1 – 6 months.
VAT of 20% is applicable on all space and services at Brighton Eco-centre. All costs shown are inclusive.
