"...office space for charities, voluntary groups and social change organisations..."

Since purchasing our first centre in 1998, we have been providing managed desk space, office space and meeting space to charities, voluntary groups and social change organisations.

Our centres offer tenants modern, affordable and flexible office space managed in a transparent and supportive way with the focus upon the sharing of resources and the creation of a communal working environment.

We currently own and manage 25 centres in England and Scotland and part own centres in Belgium and France, all of which are managed to minimise energy use, waste, car travel and the use of harmful materials.

The Ethical Property Foundation, with support from the Charity Commission, has carried out the largest survey of its kind looking at the key property issues charities are facing, with a view to identifying solutions and affecting change.

Key findings from the research include that 40% of charities consider their building is the greatest risk facing their organisation, 52% of charities having experienced difficulties in obtaining core funding for premises costs, and 20% of charities fail to deliver services due to property constraints.
