We currently own or manage 23 in England and Scotland as well as having interests in centres in AustraliaBelgium and France, all of which are managed to minimise energy use, waste, car travel and the use of harmful materials.

The future looks bright for a St Paul’s Learning and Family Centre - Ethical Property Company have now taken on the day-to-day management of St Paul’s Learning and Family Centre, a centre previously managed by Bristol City Council.

The Foundry, in Vauxhall, London, has been named the RIBA ‘London Building of the Year’ ahead of strong competition from a number of high profile projects. A partnership of organisations including the Ethical Property Company, The Barrow Cadbury Trust, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, LankellyChase Foundation and Trust for London developed the vision and funded the project which opened its doors in September 2014.
