Situated at the base of the suburban eco village 'One Brighton', Brighton Junction is our largest Centre in Brighton and provides bright and modern Workspace to charities, third sector organisations and tech start-ups.

Being part of the 'One Brighton' community has meant the Centre benefits from rain-water harvesting and shares a communal woodchip biomass boiler that is fuelled by local wood waste (that would otherwise go to landfill). Working toward the ethos of ‘One Planet Living’ this Centre aims to be amongst the most eco-friendly in the country!

Just north of the main railway station and a stone’s throw from the London Road, you aren’t far from public transport links. The area is currently being regenerated, and there are many places to eat and shop nearby, however, if you don’t want to wander to far from the Centre, the on-site café also serves delicious freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, spanakopita and much more!

Desk space

Our desk space packages include your own dedicated desk and pedestal unit, your own unique direct telephone line, internet connection and access to a fully networked colour photocopier/printer, all in a shared office environment.

Brighton Junction offers a variety of private office spaces ranging from small, one person rooms to large open plan units suitable for up to 20 desks.

Prices

Prices for each of our offices vary by size, the price below is indicative – for an accurate quote please contact us

Desk spaces are available from £146.00 + VAT (£174.00) per month for small desks and £175.00 + VAT (£209.00) per month for large.  

Office space is available from £961.00 + VAT (£1,143.00) per month for approximately 35m² or space for up to five desks.

IT support

OryxAlign provide all IT and the telephone systems ensuring that any faults or issues with regard to IT or phone system infrastructure are dealt with quickly and effectively.

*Additional ad hoc support is also available if necessary (costs may apply).

Terms & conditions

Tenants are responsible for the payment of any additional business rates, contents insurance, phone calls and use of photocopiers and printers. 

Our contracts are really flexible - there is no fixed minimum term and tenants can give notice at any point during their contract period. For desk spaces we do ask that tenants commit to a minimum of three months tenancy.

The notice period relates to the size of office that is rented, and will vary from 1 – 6 months.

VAT of 20% is applicable on all space and services at Brighton Junction. All costs shown are inclusive.

    Regional Manager, South East
    Edward joined Ethical Property in February 2016. At university he studied Law and has a MA in Housing Practice, as well as being a Prince2 Practitioner. Edward gained experience in property and estate management at a medium sized RSL (Registered Social Landlord) and managing a customer focused team at the University of Westminster.
