Our most central London workspace, Brick Yard offers a mix of fully-serviced shared space and private offices in the buzzing heart of Shoreditch - just a short hop from both Old Street and Liverpool Street stations. Being here means you become part of an inspiring community of impact organisations and changemakers. And, as you’d expect, everything you could possibly want is right on the doorstep, from incredible eateries to eye-popping street art.

Space is available across 4 fantastic floors for 1 to 25 people, with monthly prices starting from the equivalent of just £255 per person (+VAT). What's more, we offer fair, all-inclusive pricing and truly flexible contracts so that you’re not committed long-term.

The Foundry

Vauxhall

The Foundry is an award-winning, fully-serviced eco workspace, conference and events centre in Vauxhall. This former shoe-polish factory is a place where real change happens, and you sense it the moment you step through the door.

The Foundry caters to a range of social impact organisations engaged in social justice and human rights causes. We encourage collaboration and community, with offices from 2 to 48 people available, ranging from 10m² - 240m² in size, and a range of conference, event and meeting spaces to hire externally.

Resource for London

Islington

Resource for London is where London's voluntary sector comes together to work, meet and exhibit. The Centre provides flexible office space, as well as conference, training and meeting rooms available for external hire.

Space is available for charities and non-profit organisations making positive impact. We encourage collaboration and community, no matter how small or large you are we have desk and office spaces to suit anywhere from 1 to 40 people available, ranging from 5m² - 200m² in size.

Durham Road

Islington, London

Durham Road Resource Centre is in the borough of Islington with the nearest station being Finsbury Park. Having undergone renovations, the centre is a bright and sociable workspace.

Space is available for those making positive impact: charities, non-profits, social enterprises, ethical businesses and local community organisations. We encourage collaboration and community, with offices from 1 to 15 people available, ranging from 10m² in size to 80m².
