The Ethical Property Company took over managing the workspaces at South Vaults below Green Park Station in November 2008, and currently provide a home to a variety of innovative and progressive local organisations working for social change in Bath and across the UK. Our workspace in the South Vaults is open-plan and divided into bays of between 4.8m² and 6.8m². Each ‘Workspace’ is let as a small part-furnished office space suitable for 1-2 people – they open out on to a main corridor running down the centre of the space, and do not have individually lockable doors, so it’s like a shared workspace but with individually demarcated zones.
With 288m² of workspace available, there's room for organisations of all sizes to come together and collaborate. You can make use of the meeting rooms and communal spaces, because we believe some of the best ideas happen away from your desk. We're already home to many major social change organisations including The Big Issue Company and Second Step, the leading mental health charity in the South West. Come join us.
