Desk spaces are available from £229.00 + VAT (£274.00) per month.

Office space is available from £1,055.00 + VAT (£1,258.00) per month for approximately 35m² or space for up to five desks.

All costs include rent, service charge, maintenance and management of the centre, broadband access, cleaning, utilities, waste, recycling, fire and security provision.

Tenants are responsible for payment of business rates, contents insurance, phone calls, and the use of printers and photocopiers.


Flexible Contracts

Our contracts are really flexible - there is no fixed minimum term and tenants can give notice at any point during their contract period.

The notice period relates to the size of office you rent, and will vary from 1 to 6 months.


IT support

OryxAlign provide all IT and the telephone systems ensuring that any faults or issues with regard to IT or phone system infrastructure are dealt with quickly and effectively.

*Additional ad hoc support is also available if necessary (costs may apply).


About The Old Music Hall

With its beautiful and traditional façade, The Old Music Hall stands out amongst the many eateries and independent shops for which the Cowley Road has become famous.

The building itself has always had community at its heart. Originally built in 1898 as a public hall, library and three shops, it has since been a music hall, theatre and cinema, as well as home to Blackwell’s Book Shop. 

Today, as well being The Ethical Property Company’s Head Office, almost 40 other fantastic organisations work within its varied and atmospheric offices - mainly charities, social enterprises and small local businesses.
