Social performance

We believe that our business activities should have a positive social impact. We try to achieve this by:
  • providing effective support to a wide range of social change organisations through the buildings we own and manage
  • using some of the capital we raise from shareholders and bank loans to invest in areas of deprivation
  • being an ethical employer
  • being honest and transparent to all stakeholders in all areas of the business.
