Our Tenants' Work

Over the year, 18 tenants moved out and 19 tenants moved in. Of those moving out, 8 contracted or went out of business, 3 moved to larger premises, 2 merged with other organisations and 3 moved to a different city or country. Of those moving in, 10 were taking office premises for the first time.

To gather information about the organisations we support, we sent a questionnaire to all tenants in June 2006 and received responses from 109 tenants, 84% of the total. This is a response rate 9% higher than last year.

Over the last five years, the number of small tenant organisations with income of under £20,000 has declined. We hope to be able to reverse this trend in the coming year by creating more shared open plan spaces for one person organisations in our London and Oxford centres.
