This year 12 organisations (17%) paid every staff member
the same salary. The largest of these had 9 employees. The two highest
salary rations are due to the employment of interns at an annual salary
between £10,185 to £10,500 a year. Larger organisations had
a bigger gap between lowest and highest staff salaries than smaller ones.
