This year 12 organisations (17%) paid every staff member the same salary. The largest of these had 9 employees. The two highest salary rations are due to the employment of interns at an annual salary between £10,185 to £10,500 a year. Larger organisations had a bigger gap between lowest and highest staff salaries than smaller ones.

Cultural Diversity
As an organisation we expect to see the cultural diversity in the areas where our centres are located reflected in the make up of our tenants. Questionnaires returned indicate that on average our tenant base is made up of a higher proportion of people from ethnic minorities than the national average.
