Tenant Satisfaction

Our intention is that landlord and tenant should work together to achieve a common aim. Buildings should be efficiently managed, kept in good condition and should meet tenants' needs. Rents should be reasonable and affordable. Where possible, the company should provide a flexible and total solution to a tenant's office needs, rather than simply providing office space. A culture of clarity & openness with tenants should be maintained at all times.

Each tenant was asked to rate their satisfaction with five dimensions of the work of the Company.

Scoring options were: 5-very good/very satisfied, 4-good/satisfied, 3-neutral/satisfactory, 2-poor/dissatisfied and 1-very poor/very dissatisfed.

Synergy levels (question 6) were rated: 5-very much, 4-somewhat, 3-not at all, 2-some disadvantage, 1-very disadvantageous.

Figures quoted are the average of these results, the mid-score being 3. We consider a score above 3 to be a satisfactory result and scores of 4 or above to be best practice. Tenants were asked:

Scores remain largely unchanged on last year. However, over time, there has been a tendency for satisfaction scores to flatten out, towards a steady average of 3.8.
