Conrad joined the Company as Director of Development in December 2009. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities for the organisation including the acquisition of new centres, working with social change organisation to meet their property needs, and developing partnerships with external organisations.

In his previous life he was an independent regeneration consultant working with organisations across the United Kingdom. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Bristol East Side Traders; an innovative Bristol based Regeneration Company that supports the creation of sustainable neighbourhoods. Prior to this he has held a number of roles within the property, investment and community development fields.
