Tim joined the company in 1998 working part-time at the Archway Resource Centre. Before working with us, he worked for wood matters – using recycled and sustainable wood, assisting a carpenter to build and install customized fittings into homes and work places. He is also a semi-professional musician (sax, flute, African Caribbean music). He is the secretary of North London Housing Co-op and he is active in campaigns to defend local health, services and public space. He likes to work for Ethical Property because he feels he is supporting the organizations to achieve a better world. From July 2010 Tim has been based at Development House.
