Tina worked for a national company that produced products using recycled plastics, during this time Tina development a real passion for the environment and recycling. She visited a local primary school to encourage and explain to the children the advantages and benefits of recycling. In recent years Tina worked as a Studio Manager for a design company before moving across to specialise in HR. She joined The Ethical Property Company in February 2009 as HR Manager & Executive Assistant to the Operations Director.
