Janine joined the company in July 2002 as Administrative Assistant and has undertaken several roles including Development Co-ordinator, IT Manager and a short secondment to the Ethical Property Foundation to assist in its early development. As Regional Manager for the South West Cluster, she now heads up the property management teams in Bristol and Bath as well as developing further opportunities for the Company in the area. She also plays a strategic role in the management of Ethical IT.

Janine graduated from Oxford University in 2002 with an upper second-class degree in Modern History. She has a strong interest in the charitable sector, and volunteers for several charities including OXFAM, Amnesty and Bath Fairtrade Network. She has also recently joined the Management Committee of Labour Behind the Label.
