Welcome to Ethical Property. We support innovative and progressive organisations working for social change by providing tenants with affordable office and work space, and fair and transparent property management. Groups in our centres benefit from flexible tenancy terms and office space, and facilities designed to meet their needs. The centres are also managed to minimise energy use, waste, car travel and harmful materials.

We aim to develop centres that are focal points for social change allowing organisations and individuals the chance share information, ideas and debate. In addition we run events, workshops, socials and seminars in some of our centres, as part of our Synergy Programme - just one of our programmes designed to help benefit the work of our tenants.

We currently own centres in England, Scotland and Belgium and are in the process of developing ways in which we can encourage ethical investment and set up centres in other parts of the UK and internationally. In the long-term we aim to build a network of centres around the world in support of the social change movement.
