étic... Ethical Property in France

Since 1998, Ethical Property has developed a unique property service for small to medium size social organisations. We acquire and refurbish commercial property and transform it into multi-office centers where charities, cooperatives and social enterprises share ideas and resources. The offices and shops offer suitable spaces at an affordable rent, flexible lease terms and the provision of shared facilities such as conference / meeting rooms, quality ICT, and access to discounted or free back office services and training. The centres are managed with a view to encourage synergy, reduce waste, water and energy consumption and support green travel.

You can now find 15 Ethical Property centres in Belgium, England and Scotland. In the next few years, we will be opening centres in major European cities such as Amsterdam, Paris and Lyon.

Our development in France will be strengthened by our partnership with French Property developers C-Développement, who created and supported a number of exciting social change projects such as Le Comptoir Général (picture on the left), a sustainable event space in the heart of the French capital; La Ruche, a co-working space for social entrepreneurs; and la MAS (Maison des Associations de la Solidarité).
