We can provide 3 packages to suit your needs:

1. Permanent office  space for small groups at competitive rents and on friendly and on flexible terms. 
2. Part time desk spaces for flexible workers & those just starting out. 
3. Virtual Office package for those who don’t require a desk, but would like to join our network & take advantage of our communal facilities. For more information click here

The South Vaults has shared meeting rooms, a range of communal facilities and lots of opportunities to network, meet and work with like-minded organisations.

What does this include?
Our charges are all inclusive, meaning you make one, direct debit payment every month to cover all utilities, service charges, property management, & maintenance charges, broadband, phone line rental, communal facilities and meeting rooms*. Figures above include VAT, where payable, but do not include business rates.  * Part time desk packages do not include access to meeting rooms, which can be booked for an additional charge. Virtual office packages do not include any of these services.
