Laura graduated in 2001 with a Bsc in Psychology and gained a PgDip in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from Coventry University in 2007. She is also a member of the CIPD.

Laura’s work experience includes over six years HR experience at YWCA England & Wales, a national charity supporting young women, INTRAC, an international NGO training and research centre in Oxford, and The University of Oxford. She joined the Ethical Property Company in February 2010 as Head of HR and Internal Communications.

In this role Laura is responsible for all HR matters and overseeing the HR Manager's work on Payroll, as well as line management of the Administrative Assistant. Laura also manages the office in Oxford and works on improving internal communication within the company.
