Meeting Space for Hire

Ethical Property has run the Unitarian Chapel since 2006. The Chapel, which is next door to our Brunswick Court centre, is still a fully functional place of worship, but also offers its large hall for hire by local community groups. Two first floor offices have also been refit to let to external groups.

The main hall of the Unitarian Chapel seats up to 100 people and is fully accessible.  It is available for meetings and conferences or more informal workshops and creative events.  Two smaller breakout spaces can also be hired (usually in conjunction with the main hall) and a fully fitted kitchen is available for hirers to use at no extra cost. 

Hire Charges

Hourly	1-3 hours	£15 per hour
Half day	4 hours	£50 per session
Day	4-8 hours	£90 per session
Full day	8-12 hours	£130 per session
