Our Synergy Programme
Our mission is to create centres of social change, bringing
charities, social enterprises, community and campaign groups
together under one roof where they can share skills and
ideas.
We’ve developed a “Synergy Programme” to help us
to deliver this aim. Our vision is of a social change sector
where there is a high level of communication, learning and sharing
– that our centres can be seen as epicentres of the social
change movement across the UK. We believe that through
working together, we can raise the profile of the important issues
organisations in our centres are working on, and highlight the
positive changes we’re striving toward.
Our Synergy Programme has been designed to facilitate a vibrant,
collaborative atmosphere in our centres, where new ideas are
created, challenged and discussed; and skills and resources
(and lunches!) are shared, all making for a welcoming and positive
work environment.
