Social performance

Ethical Property measures its social performance on the satisfaction of tenants, investment in areas in need of community development and regeneration, and on ensuring its centres are accessible to everyone.

Tenant satisfaction

Each year we ask our tenants their thoughts and opinions on how we run our centres, how happy they are in their offices, and what they would like to see us do in the future.  We use this information as a basis for decisions made on refurbishments and improvements, changes to internal processes and structures. 

Our social impact

Ethical Property works to ensure its centres are usable and accessible to all.  We also aim to make a positive impact on the communities our centres are based in.  Our investment strategy aims to help us to invest in the areas which need it, and we can measure our impact against government and regional targets, as well as by asking our tenants and shareholders how they think we are performing, and acting on the results.
