Ethical Property measures its social performance in two
ways:
Tenant and shareholder satisfaction
Each year we ask our tenants and shareholders their thoughts and
opinions on how we run our centres and our wider business, how
happy tenants are in their offices, and what they would like to see
us do in the future. We use this information as a basis for
decisions made on refurbishments, improvements, new investments
and changes to internal processes and structures.
Our social impact
We are commited to ensuring our centres are usable and
accessible to all, while making a positive impact on the
communities in which they are based. Our investment strategy
is designed to ensure we invest in the areas which need it most,
which we are then
able to measure against national and regional
government targets.
In 2009-10 our environmental and social performance was externally
audited for the first time. To find out how we performed,
