Located in the heart of the diverse area of Harehills, Leeds, the Roundhay Road Resource Centre offers a variety of office spaces ranging from 14m² (two desks) to 35m² (eight desks). Single desk spaces in a shared office are also available.

The centre is currently home to a variety of refugee, education and community support  organisations as well as a community radio station and offers tenants fully serviced, secure workspace in addition to two shared meeting rooms and an interview room. These facilities allow organisations to provide confidential drop in services as well as holding meetings and training sessions.

Previously a Barclays Bank which closed in 1997, the centre was converted by Ethical Property into a community resource centre specifically for the Chapeltown and Harehills areas. The redevelopment work was supported by Leeds City Council through the Single Regeneration Budget.

Some of the original tenants who moved in then are still at the centre, including Leeds Development Education Centre, LASSN (Leeds Asylum Seekers Support Network) and CASAC (Community Action and Support against Crime). Other tenants based at the Resource Centre now include RETAS (Refugee Education Training and Advisory Service) and Fever FM community radio station. All are providing vital services within Harehills, Leeds and beyond.

The above charges are all inclusive, meaning you make one direct debit payment every month to cover all utilities, service charges, property management, & maintenance charges, broadband, phone line rental, communal facilities and meeting rooms. Figures include VAT, but do not include business rates.
