Working with builders is expensive and extremely disruptive. You will end up living with the decisions you take for a long time afterwards. How can you keep your project on budget, but at the same time deliver the property of your dreams?

Sub-letting your premises

If you want to let all or part of your property to other social change organisations, we can work with you on what to charge them, what lease to give them and what facilities and services to provide.

We can also manage your tenants once they move in - overseeing the delivery of the services included with the rent, collecting rent and paying bills, negotiating business rates.  Our property management charges can then be included in the rental package you provide.

Eco-office consultancy
