Paul joined the company in 1999 becoming its first non-executive director having left the corporate world after 19 years with Sun Life Of Canada where he was the Property Fund Manager . Paul is a founder and director of a commercial property investment company and has advised several social change groups including the Big Issue and the ethical supermarket operator, Out Of This World on various on property matters.

Since moving to Lewes a few years ago Paul has built an eco house for himself and his family and become involved locally helping small businesses . Paul brings his valuable knowledge of property and property markets to the Board,and advises the company on property matters including the acquisition and disposal of buildings and sites.
