INVESTING IN SOCIAL CHANGE

Our future

Our future

We've got big plans for the next few years, including new centres in London, Brighton, Leeds and Edinburgh; supporting Ethical Property Europe to develop centres in The Netherlands and Belgium, and increasing the property management services and consultancy we can offer.

With investment raised in 2010 we hope to establish two new centres in London, one aimed at broadening the reach and influence of human rights and social justice groups, and the other bringing together organisations working in fair trade, providing a platform to raise the profile of their work, share resources and sell their products.

Plans are underway on a new public market space in Brighton - after our recent and successful segue in to the world of market management with the take on of Green Park Station in 2008.

Ethical Property Europe (EPE) successfully raised €2.65 million in their first share issue in 2009.  We're working with EPE, in which we own a 43% stake, on rennovating Mundo-N in Namur, Belgium; possible new centres in Amsterdam and Hamburg; and developing shared spaces in Paris.
