The Old Music Hall, located on the diverse Cowley Road
area of East Oxford, is one of Ethical Property's newest UK
centre and has become home to over 30 organisations since
opening in March 2008.
The centre houses international development, health and
environmental groups including SMART CJS, The Children's
Society, Reading Quest, Architecture Sans
Frontières and Student Hubs in an area that boasts many
third sector organisation and an interesting range
of shops, cafés and great public transport
links.
Facilities at the centre include shared meeting rooms and kitchens,
a secluded courtyard garden, bike racks and showers as well as a
communal 'Green Room', built from straw bales with a green
roof.

The above charges are all inclusive, meaning you make one
direct debit payment every month to cover all utilities, service
charges, property management, & maintenance charges, broadband,
phone line rental, communal facilities and meeting rooms. Figures
include VAT, but do not include business rates.
