Known as England’s “second city”, Manchester
has seen a lot of change in the last decade.
Extensive regeneration projects have revitalised a lot of the
city and suburban areas, and massive influxes of regeneration and
other grant money have given many people working for social change
the opportunity to set up new and exciting initiatives in the
city.
We’ve been involved in Manchester since developing the Green
Fish Resource Centre with an endorsement from the local council and
European regeneration funding.
