The UK has a strong culture of encouraging charity and working toward social change. As the nation’s capital, London has long been the centre of a lot of this activity.
Our work in London began back in 1994, before the company
formed, when our Managing Director and co-founder, Jamie Hartzell,
purchased 1A Waterloo Road, North London in 1994. In just over 10
years we’ve grown from 3 organisations in one small room in
Archway, to over 50 members in 4 centres across London.
Our work in the city continues at full speed, with several new
centres planned over the next 5 years. Over a third of the
enquiries for office space we receive each month are from
organisations based in London, so demand for affordable space in
the capital is strong as ever.
“Ethical Property show that it is possible to provide
well-serviced office accommodation while maintaining social and
environmental considerations. And most importantly, they can do it
at a good rent.”
