Trading in Ethical Property shares is done through a matched bargain market, operated by our stockbroker, Brewin Dolphin Ltd. 

The Company shares are not quoted on an investment exchange, such as the Official List of the London Stock Exchange or the Alternative Investment Market. We have chosen instead to work with our stockbroker to develop a matched bargain market, now used by other social businesses as well.

For buyers or sellers in Ethical Property shares, our brokers will use their reasonable endeavours to match willing buyers and sellers of Ordinary Shares.
