Green Fish Resource Centre is based on the top two floors of 46-50 Oldham Street, which was originally one of the first Marks & Spencer stores in the country.  Current tenants include organisations working on voluntary sector support and community regeneration such as All About Audiences, Community Arts North West, Community Network for Manchester and Skills - Third Sector.

The above charges are all inclusive, meaning you make one direct debit payment every month to cover all utilities, service charges, property management, & maintenance charges, broadband, phone line rental, communal facilities and meeting rooms.
