The Grayston Centre is located a short walk from Old Street underground station and close to our Development House centre  The centre is named after Philip Grayston, a co-worker at Leeds Development Education Centre who sadly died just before the centre was due to open.  Organisations within the centre today include national and international campaigning organisations, media and community arts groups. 

Indicative costs

14m²  or 2 workstations      £420 pcm
35m²  or 5 workstations      £1045 pcm

The above charges are all inclusive, meaning you make one direct debit payment every month to cover all utilities, service charges, property management, & maintenance charges, broadband, phone line rental, communal facilities and meeting rooms. Figures include VAT, but do not include business rates.
