Our investment pitch to the London social enterprise community,
delivered by Managing Director, Jamie Hartzell, was met with
enthusiasm at the Good Deals conference recently. In the
run-up to National Ethical Investment Week, four social business
leaders were invited to sell their idea to a 200 strong crowd in
the British Library.
Dozens of people looking for ethical investment opportunities,
including banks and social lenders, were given a first-hand account
of the history of Ethical Property, our business model, and our big
plans for the future of the social change sector. Jamie
described why we set up centres: as a way to support change-makers
in our society by developing highly useful and vibrant centres for
organisations working toward a better society. Our pitch for
£7 Million, was well received, with all but one of the
audience giving it the thumbs up.
