Environmental performance

Ethical Property is commited to improve its environmental performance year on year and has set challenging targets on carbon emissions, energy use and sustainable travel.

With 15 centres across the UK it is vital that we keep our impact on the environment as low as possible.  Each year we monitor our energy and water use, travel to work and waste management. We purchase as many of our products and services as possible from ethical sources and our new centres are always constructed to exacting environmental standards, often higher than those set by government.

In any cases, should we identify a need for improvement, we are commited to enforcing changes as soon as is appropriate.
