Ethical Property measures its social performance on the satisfaction of tenants, investment in areas in need of community development and regeneration, and on ensuring its centres are accessible to everyone.

Ethical Property seeks to improve its environmental performance
year on year and has set challenging targets on carbon emissions,
energy use and sustainable travel.
With 15 centres in operation it's important to us to keep our
impact on the environment as low as possible. Each year we
monitor our energy and water use, travel to work and waste
management. Where we identify a need for improvement, we work
to improve our efficiency.
We purchase as many of our products and services as possible from
ethical sources. Our new centres are always constructed to
exacting environrmental standards, often higher than those set by
government.
