Edinburgh is home to many of Scotland’s national charities, NGOs and social enterprises as well as the Scottish arms of many international social change organisations.

Having been approached by a number of Scottish NGOs, including Friends of the Earth Scotland, about the possibilty of opening a centre in Edinburgh, Ethical Property was able to provide a solution to their property needs by setting up Thorn House, which opened its doors in 2007 after an extensive refurbishment.
