The Scottish capital has one of the strongest economies in the UK, and is home to many of Scotland’s nationwide charities, NGOs and social enterprises.  Edinburgh is also home to the Scottish arms of many international organisations.

We began looking at possible centres in Edinburgh some years ago, after having been approached by a number of Scottish NGOs, including Friends of the Earth Scotland. 

Appropriate and affordable office space was difficult to find and Ethical Property was able to provide a solution to their property needs by setting up Thorn House, which opened its doors in 2007 after an extensive refurbishment.
