About us

The Ethical Property Company is a unique initiative in ethical investment. We buy properties and develop them as centres that bring charities, social enterprises, community and campaign groups together.

We support innovative and progressive organisations working for social change by providing affordable office and work space, and fair and transparent property management. Groups in our centres benefit from flexible tenancy terms and office space, and facilities designed to meet their needs. The centres are also managed to minimise energy use, waste, car travel and harmful materials.

The company currently owns 15 centres in England and Scotland and a further two in Belgium and we are in the process of developing ways in which we can further encourage ethical investment both domestically and internationally
