Ethical ICT is the IT department of the Ethical
Property Company. It is our role to work with the property managers to
provide you with a high quality, cost effective phone and data service.
We help to move you in, give you guidance on what our systems do and how
you can make the best of them, and run a support helpdesk to deal with
any issues/requests you have about the IT service during your tenancy.

Buying IT Hardware
We are now able to offer you a range of reasonably priced IT hardware
that we have used and trust. We can source a wide range of hardware to
suit any of your IT needs, and will integrate with our system. Our main
products are phones which link in well with our phone system, the Avaya
IP Office. There are 3 main phones with differing features: basic, standard

Low Cost Phone Calls
In partnership with the Phone
Co-op we provide low cost phone calls within our centres. We offer
significant discounts compared to the BT tariff, and our minimum call
charge is only 1p! Please click here

good rates to a wide range of international destinations frequently called
by our tenants. We encourage our tenants to let us know if there are other
destinations they call regularly so we can work with the Phone Co-op to
reduce tariff further and ensure it is as cost effective as possible for
all our tenants.
