Andy joined Ethical Property in 2011 having qualified as a Management Accountant in 2004 and previously worked at Taylor Wimpey. He now also runs a mobile bicycle repair business and is therefore responsible for ensuring we all get to work each day.
Mike has been working with Ethical Property since 2001 and has worked on projects including Brighton Junction and the Social Justice and Human Rights Centre, as well as the setting up of the Ethical Property Foundation. 
Having previously worked in childcare before moving into finance in 2007, Holly joined Ethical Property in 2012 as Finance Assistant and has since completed her level 4 diploma in accountancy.
Laura graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Psychology and has since gained a PgDip in Human Resource Management as well as membership of the CIPD.  Prior to joining Ethical Property in 2010 she worked for YWCA England & Wales and The University of Oxford. 
After working in both the manufacturing and motor industries, Penny has since held senior Finance roles in the social housing sector and in local government including seven years as Head of Finance for Oxford City Council. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
Polly joined Ethical Property in 2014 after graduating from the University of Essex in the same year with a BSc in Animal Science. Her previous experience has been in retail sectors.
Having worked for a number of charities managing teams, projects and programmes, Nick joined Ethical Property in 2013. Nick manages Ethical Property’s regional Property Management teams and Head Office Operations and Human Resources departments and has specific responsibility for the delivery of the company’s social objectives.
Simon worked for a variety of private and public sector organisations including the Sector Skills Council for Retail and EF Education prior to joining Ethical Property in 2010. He is responsible for all our marketing activity and recently completed an MSc in Environmental Development.
Andrew joined us in October 2005 as a Property Manager following completion of a Law Degree and PgDip having previously worked for the Ministry of Defence and Stena Line Ferries. Since 2007 he has managed The Old Music Hall while assisting the Board in company secretarial matters.
Lou joined us in February 2011, she previously worked for Thames Valley Police, the NHS. Lou has over 11 years’ experience working in HR and has gained the CIPD Diploma in HR Practice, the level 5 CIPD in HR Management and is an Associate Member.
Natalie joined Ethical Property in 2015 after leaving a role in local government. Prior to that she worked in a civilian role for the police (Oxford Safer Communities Partnership) and voluntarily for a charity providing primary education to children in the Gambia. Natalie provides support to our MD and Senior Management Team.
Conrad joined Ethical Property in December 2009 having previously worked as Managing Director of Bristol East Side Traders; an innovative Bristol based Regeneration company. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and partnerships and the acquisition of new centres.
Susan is Ethical Property’s Managing Director, taking over in 2011 after four years as our Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she previously worked for Oxfam, before moving on to the role of Finance Director at YWCA England and Wales in 1995.
Justine is Ethical Property’s Project Finance Manager, joining the company in 2015 to lead on all financial aspects of property sales/acquisitions and adhoc project work.  A qualified Chartered Accountant, Justine has previously worked at Deloitte, AXA and GE Healthcare.
George joined Ethical Property in 2013 having previously worked in advertising sales with Stema Shipping and Charity Choice; a charity fundraising platform. Since moving to Oxford he also volunteers for a number of local community organisations in his spare time. 
Gillian has worked at Ethical Property since November 2014 and is the Finance Assistant responsible for Ethical Property’s Purchase Ledger. She has previously worked in the Finance Departments of various organisations including a charity, a law firm and the NHS.
Cate joined Ethical Property in November 2015 and has previously worked as an accountant in banking and opera. She completed a BA Hons in Sustainable Performance Management and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Emma joined the company in 2014 after working in a variety of fundraising and development positions in the not-for-profit sector, including the Oxfordshire Community Foundation. Emma is responsible for leading on sales enquiries for all our properties, including The Foundry.
Andrew joined The Ethical Property Company in 2014 having graduated from Bristol University with a BA in Music previously worked in the charity and retail sectors. He assists our Operations Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Sandy joined Ethical Property in February 2012 having previously worked for 10 years for a local bus company in various financial and administrative roles.  She is now also studying for her Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
Tim joined Ethical Property in November 2015, having worked primarily in the publishing and charity sectors previously, and still gets involved in volunteer fundraising for a local children and young adults hospice. He is responsible for the sales and purchase ledgers for Resource for London and The Foundry.
