Peter joined the company in 2003 having completed his MSc in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies. He is now responsible for property management, the maintenance and improvement of our portfolio and new investment and refurbishment projects.
Andy joined Ethical Property in 2011 having qualified as a Management Accountant in 2004 and previously worked at Taylor Wimpey. He now also runs a mobile bicycle repair business and is therefore responsible for ensuring we all get to work each day.
Mike has been working with Ethical Property since 2001 and has worked on projects including Brighton Junction and the Social Justice Centre as well as the setting up of the Ethical Property Foundation. Currently his focus is on marketing for Resource for London and Community Base in Brighton.
Having previously worked in childcare before moving into finance in 2007, Holly joined Ethical Property in 2012 as Finance Assistant and is currently studying towards her Level 4 Diploma in Accounting.
Laura graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Psychology and has since gained a PgDip in Human Resource Management as well as membership of the CIPD. Prior to joining us in 2010 she worked for YWCA England & Wales and The University of Oxford.
Tina joined Ethical Property February 2009 as HR Manager & Executive Assistant to the Operations Director. Previously, she worked as Studio Manager for a design company before moving across to specialise in HR.
Gerry Duffy FCCA joined Ethical Property in October 2012 after nearly nine years as Finance Director of a national charity working with young people with learning difficulties. Before that he served as Finance Director for a number of commercial companies in hi-tech industries.
Simon worked for a variety of private and public sector organisations including the Sector Skills Council for Retail and EF Education prior to joining Ethical Property in 2010. He is responsible for all our marketing activity and has a recently completed an MSc in Environmental Development.
Andrew joined us in October 2005 as a Property Manager following completion of a Law Degree and PgDip having previously worked for the Ministry of Defence and Stena Line Ferries. Since 2007 he has managed The Old Music Hall while assisting the Board in company secretarial matters.
Vicky joined the company in November 2010 having worked within the financial securities industry in Australia for nearly twenty years in relationship management and project management roles. She assists Simonne (Operations Manager), with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Lou joined Ethical Property from Miele in 2011 and has seven years experience working within HR as well as a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice. She is responsible for supporting our senior management team, project management and HR administration support.
Conrad joined Ethical Property in December 2009 having previously worked as Managing Director of Bristol East Side Traders; an innovative Bristol based Regeneration company. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and partnerships and the acquisition of new centres.
Susan is Ethical Property’s Managing Director, taking over in 2011 after four years as our Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she previously worked for Oxfam, before moving on to the role of Finance Director at YWCA England and Wales in 1995.
Simonne joined the company in October 2005 as Office Administrator, having spent nine years working in various administrative roles at Oxford University, As well as overseeing day-to-day operations management her work includes monitoring the triple bottom line performance of the company.
Sandy joined Ethical Property in February 2012 having previously worked for 10 years for a local bus company in various financial and administrative roles. She is now also studying for her Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
Janine joined Ethical Property in 2002 having completed a BA in History. She has held variety of roles, including Head of IT and Regional Manager of the South West and is currently Sales & Development Manager, which includes co-ordinating the filling of space within our centres.
