Andy joined Ethical Property in 2011 having qualified as a Management Accountant in 2004 and previously worked at Taylor Wimpey. He now also runs a mobile bicycle repair business and is therefore responsible for ensuring we all get to work each day.
Mike has been working with Ethical Property since 2001 and has worked on projects including Brighton Junction and the Social Justice Centre as well as the setting up of the Ethical Property Foundation. Currently his focus is on marketing for Resource for London and Community Base in Brighton.
Having previously worked in childcare before moving into finance in 2007, Holly joined Ethical Property in 2012 as Finance Assistant and has since completed her level 4 diploma in accountancy.
Laura graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Psychology and has since gained a PgDip in Human Resource Management as well as membership of the CIPD. Prior to joining us in 2010 she worked for YWCA England & Wales and The University of Oxford.
Gerry Duffy FCCA joined Ethical Property in October 2012 after nearly nine years as Finance Director of a national charity working with young people with learning difficulties. Before that he served as Finance Director for a number of commercial companies in hi-tech industries.
Brian, a chartered surveyor, has a wealth of experience in social business and in managing property portfolios. Previously he worked in London for major fund managers, prior to joining Planet Organic, a small chain of organic supermarkets as Commercial Director and then Managing Director.
After having worked for a number of charities managing teams, projects and programmes, Nick joined Ethical Property in 2013. Nick manages Ethical Property’s regional Property Management teams and head office Operations and Human Resource Departments and has specific responsibility for the delivery of the Company’s social objectives.
Simon worked for a variety of private and public sector organisations including the Sector Skills Council for Retail and EF Education prior to joining Ethical Property in 2010. He is responsible for all our marketing activity and has a recently completed an MSc in Environmental Development.
Andrew joined us in October 2005 as a Property Manager following completion of a Law Degree and PgDip having previously worked for the Ministry of Defence and Stena Line Ferries. Since 2007 he has managed The Old Music Hall while assisting the Board in company secretarial matters.
Vicky joined the company in November 2010 having worked within the financial securities industry in Australia for nearly twenty years in relationship management and project management roles. She assists our Operations Manager with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Lou joined Ethical Property from Miele in 2011 and has seven years experience working within HR as well as a CIPD Diploma in HR Practice. She is responsible for supporting our senior management team, project management and HR administration support.
Conrad joined Ethical Property in December 2009 having previously worked as Managing Director of Bristol East Side Traders; an innovative Bristol based Regeneration company. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and partnerships and the acquisition of new centres.
Susan is Ethical Property’s Managing Director, taking over in 2011 after four years as our Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant, she previously worked for Oxfam, before moving on to the role of Finance Director at YWCA England and Wales in 1995.
George joined Ethical Property in 2013 having previously worked in advertising sales with Stema Shipping and Charity Choice; a charity fundraising platform. Since moving to Oxford he also volunteers for a number of local community organisations in his spare time.
Emma joined the company in 2014 after working in a variety of fundraising and development positions in the not-for-profit sector, including the Oxfordshire Community Foundation. Emma is responsible for leading on sales enquiries for all our properties, including The Foundry.
Sandy joined Ethical Property in February 2012 having previously worked for 10 years for a local bus company in various financial and administrative roles. She is now also studying for her Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
