Just a minute’s walk from the beautiful Green Park on the banks of the river Avon, The South Vaults offices are home to a variety of small businesses and charities working for social change in Bath and across the UK.

Situated beneath the beautiful Grade II listed Green Park Station (originally named Queen Square station), and conveniently close the City centre, the open plan offices offer desk space with natural light streaming in from the adjacent Midland Bridge Road.

The 100 year history of Green Park Station is well documented, and since closing it doors on 7th March 1966 it has been restored as office, retail and market space. Having a fantastic array of shops, cafés and markets on your doorstep is just one of the added bonuses of being based at the South Vaults.

Office space in The South Vaults is open-plan and divided into bays of between 4.8m² and 6.8m². Our packages offer fully serviced office space with 24/7 access to the centre and facilities which include a shared meeting room, a communal kitchen, toilets, break-out spaces and onsite Property Management team.

Prices

Prices for each of our offices vary by size, the price below is indicative – for an accurate quote please contact us

£217.00 - £291.00 + VAT (£261.00 - £350.00) per bay. Bays vary from 4.8sqm - 6.8sqm.

IT support

Our sister Company, Ethical IT, provide all IT and the telephone systems within The South Vaults ensuring that any faults or issues with regard to IT or phone system infrastructure are dealt with quickly and effectively.

Terms & conditions 

Tenants are responsible for the payment of contents & public liability insurance, phone calls and use of the photocopier and printer.

Our contracts are really flexible - there is no fixed minimum term and tenants can give notice at any point during their contract period.

The notice period relates to the size of office you rent, and will vary from 2 – 6 months. VAT of 20% is applicable on all space and services at The South Vaults. All costs shown are inclusive of services and VAT.

    Sarah Campbell

    Regional Manager, South West
    Sarah joined Ethical Property in 2012 having spent 10 years working for the Meningitis Research Foundation, latterly as Head of Fundraising. She also volunteers with Secret World Wildlife Sanctuary and is a trustee for Temwa, a charity dealing with sustainable community development in Malawi.

    Marketing and Venue Manager, Bath
    Rebecca joined Ethical Property in 2014 after working for Judgeday Ltd, specialists in delivering boutique, corporate and special events, major artist tour management, and festival co-ordination. She now manages the regular market events, and handles all marketing and promotion relating to Green Park Station.

    Harriet joined Ethical Property in 2015. She manages all of our bookings for the Friends Meeting House and supports the Bath property management team. When not working at Ethical Property, she volunteers for Golden Oldies and Age UK as a DJ/tea lady and day centre helper respectively.

    Claire has worked at Green Park Station for over eleven years having previously worked for a Bath newspaper and an environmental charity. Claire manages all aspects of our two properties in Bath and has a keen interest in environmental and social issues.
