In addition we plan further investment in Scotland, Brighton, London, the Thames Valley.
We are developing a scheme to provide property to larger social change organisations on a single occupancy basis, offering these groups a cheaper rental, an ethical landlord and an option to buy the property over time.
We are also considering expanding our investment in retail property, in order to support ethical retail initiatives.
